The Science Fiction podcast has been hitting some highs in the podcast charts in recent weeks, including #86 and #33 in the US and UK Apple Podcast>Books chart.
But we marked a first today when the Science Fiction podcast joined the Apple Podcast>Books charts in India at position number 8.
Yes. 8.
India is one of the fastest growing podcast markets in the world. I’ve made a large effort to engage Indian students on my writing courses, which has now fed into the Science Fiction podcast. It’s been my ambition to build a global discussion on SF. Now with the podcast and the Facebook community this is happening.

Congratulations! I’ve been following you for years; I don’t know if you remember but I submitted a guest article to your blog about 10 years ago now (ten years?!?) In any case, I’m very happy that you are pushing the boundaries on what exactly Sci Fi is and how it is, in fact, so central to our current global culture. Congrats again.
